Project overview

The Brief
This project formed part of a wider house renovation and full garden landscaping scheme. The aim was to create a modern garden focal point that would anchor the outdoor space and support future additions, including an outdoor kitchen and hot tub area. As the property is listed, the design required full planning permission, with careful consideration given to both the architectural setting and surrounding landscape.

Design & Collaboration
We worked closely alongside Phil Stovell Garden Design to bring this vision to life, ensuring the building sat seamlessly within the broader garden scheme. The result is a structure that not only complements the landscaping but enhances it — creating a natural hub for entertaining and relaxation.

The Outcome
The completed space acts as a bold yet refined centrepiece within the garden, designed for both everyday enjoyment and entertaining. As the surrounding elements are completed — including the outdoor kitchen and hot tub — the space will evolve into a fully realised outdoor living area, perfectly suited to modern lifestyles.

Project Delivery
This project was delivered as part of a collaborative team effort, and it was a pleasure to work alongside both the client and design team to create such a cohesive and high-quality result.
